Based on decades of research, this 7-week Zoom program brings together 4-8 parents for a hands-on, practical experience. You’ll dive into videos, exercises, and group discussions, learning tools you can immediately apply in your daily life. This Program will help you:
Decode your child's behaviour—Ever wonder why they lose it over the smallest things? Learn to read their cues so you can respond without snapping (and avoid that all-day guilt).
Build a relationship that makes them feel safe and loved—You’ll learn how to create a solid bond that helps them feel secure, even in the chaos of morning rushes or bedtime battles.
Know when to step in or step back—Figuring out when to help and when to let them handle it is tough. This program will help you nail that balance.

I will be running this program in 2026 - starting on 14 October and will run via Zoom on Wednesdays at 12pm or Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm and it will run for 7 weeks.
Can’t make the evening class? There is an option for an morning class if numbers permit. Please reach out to jaclyn@jaclyncarlson.com to discuss if you are interested in an evening group. Partners are welcome on the call or you can attend solo. -

Wednesday 12pm or Tueday evenings at 7:30pm via Zoom. If you would prefer an morning session please reach out to discuss this option. The sessions are not recorded (to maintain the integrity of the group) so attending is important. I know family life can be unpredictable so if the majority of the group would like to suggest an alternate time I am flexible. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have a question or concern about the program call times.
