Our flagship program, in collaboration with the Jai Institute for Transformation Parenting, is a 12-week coaching program designed to support, explore, enhance and embody a more positive parenting approach. You’ll have a deeper understanding of your own systems, beliefs and patterns and an entire toolkit of practical strategies to help when challenges arise with your children.

Through this program I take a mother-centric approach to parenting

Meaning this isn’t about just talking about your child, it’s a complete exploration of you. Who you are as a woman, parent, and who your parents were (or weren’t), for you when you were a child. When we change, our children’s behavior changes.

Embark on a deeply delicious and completely transformational experience that will assist in exploring all parts of you - the woman and mother.

Get set to know yourself better, understand your behavior patterns, triggers and walks you through how to let go of unconscious belief patterns left over from your childhood and the way you were parented —and replace them with your own empowering beliefs—the ones that will truly support your best parenting.

We cover an incredible spectrum of practical learning strategies (which you’ll have lifetime access to) and can be implemented at home with your kids straight away, ranging from nervous system science, attachment psychology, brain science, compassionate communication, emotional intelligence, and breathwork, the power of play and more!
Training calls will allow us to expand on each training.

  • In the first week, you'll join your fellow mamas, to gain clarity on your intentions and expectations for the next eleven weeks.

  • Here we become clear about what we’re going to explore, including diving deep into how you support yourself through stress, and your strengths as a parent.

  • In week 3 we explore the 10 Pillars of Transformational Parenting, divided into three segments: the head, the hands, and the heart.

  • Time to go deep as we explore your generational patterns of connection. We look at how we parent, ourselves, and our children, is an inheritance--passed down. We end this week with a commitment for what we’d like to shift and change moving forward.

  • A clear understanding of the nervous system through the eyes of parenting so we can support our children’s budding nervous systems - as well as reguate our own. Breathwork is fully explore this week - both in theory and practice.

  • This week, we focus on mindset and how your thoughts influence your growth, grounding, and connection to self and compassion. We'll explore the neurology of empathy and compassion, showing how parents shape their children's brains.

  • This week we look at understanding how our physiology, brain and emotions work together. By learning emotional intelligence, parents are better able to support our children’s emotional development and ability to feel.

  • This week we move to the voice, starting our journey in mastering communication for connection, safety, inspiration, and presence

  • We walk through our frameworkto help solve all parenting conflicts! Together we learn the PEACE process and hoe we can resolve conflicts peacefully without punishments or bribes. Learn practical steps to navigate disconnect, confusion, and parental overwhelm during challenging moments.

  • This week we must confront every parent’s best friend, or rather, worst enemy: anger. Hint: Emotional objectivity does not mean disconnecting from the emotion, rather it’s the ability to feel with healthy non-attachment and how to practice, and model, anger resolution for your child.

  • Play is every parent’s superpower! We will explore your playful inner self, so you can meet your children in theirs, no matter the age including the twelve play languages, the four temperaments and the barriers that keep parents from playfulness.

  • Time to celebrate! In our final week of we will come together in the spirit of celebration and reflection. We will reflect on the shifts you have made and how that has influenced the behavior of your children and the profound personal shifts you have made as a woman and mother.

  • Oh mama, I see you. This program is not a behaviour modification course -it’s mother-centric approach meaning we go deep into exploring your own patterns, beliefs and triggers and how they may be showing up at home. By understand ourselves more clearly and using our tools, we can then better support and teach our children. I believe that when we as parents grow and change first, then we see a change in our children.

  • The program is developed with busy mothers in mind however we suggest planning to set aside approx 2hrs per week to work through the videos and workbook content in addition to our 60 min fortnightly calls. Please note you have lifetime access to materials so you an go back and revisit as many times as needed.

  • Coaching and therapy are two very different professions. Therapy is a healing profession, focused on the past and meant to support mental health challenges. While coaching reflects on the past, its main focus is to support people to create intention and vision, then follow through with action and commitment.

  • The work is very gentle and supportive and doesn’t really feel like ‘work’ at all. However, it will require a time commitment of at least 2 hours per week plus our 1 hour 1:1 coaching call. 3 hours total.

  • This is a group program where sharing and hot seat coaching takes place in a group setting.
